Helping Mission-Driven Founders Build Businesses That Multiply Their Impact

I'm a former Fortune 50 brand strategist and marketing executive who spent more than 15 years helping brands at Procter & Gamble and Hallmark Cards better understand their consumers, communicate their value, and drive growth.

Today, I help faith-led and mission-driven founders communicate the value of what they do in a way that makes the right people want to buy.

Because I've seen too many talented business owners doing meaningful work while struggling to reach the people they're meant to serve.

They work hard. They invest in themselves. They keep showing up.

Yet the results often don't match the effort. Revenue stays inconsistent, growth feels slower than it should, and sales require more energy than they should.

And many founders have no idea why.

One of the biggest reasons is that the value they create isn't as obvious to the buyer as they think it is.

When that happens, opportunities get missed. Revenue stalls. Founders begin questioning themselves, their gifts, and whether the vision they felt called to pursue is even possible.

Some eventually give up.

I don't want that to happen.

I want more good-hearted founders building thriving businesses, creating wealth without burnout, and making the impact they were created to make.

Helping people get unstuck and remove unnecessary barriers to growth is the work I feel called to do.

strategic discernment

From Fortune 50 Brands to Mission-Driven Businesses

Working on brands like Tide and Tampax, I led strategy, innovation, and brand growth initiatives for multi-billion dollar brands, influenced millions of consumers, and generated multi-millions of dollars in revenue.

Along the way, I learned something that continues to shape my work today:

People don't buy because something is valuable. They buy when they clearly understand why that value matters to them.

The most successful brands aren't always the ones with the best products, services, or ideas.

They're often the ones that communicate their value most clearly.

Today, I bring those same lessons in buyer psychology, positioning, and value communication to entrepreneurs.

Because whether you're selling a billion-dollar brand or a professional service, people are far more likely to take action when they can clearly connect the dots on the value they're receiving.

Why I Left Corporate

For years, I chased success the way I had been taught to.

  • Work hard.

  • Get the degree.

  • Earn the promotion.

  • Make more money.

And by many measures, it worked. I built a successful career and achieved things that once felt out of reach. But no matter how much success I achieved, I couldn't shake the feeling that something was missing. There had to be more. Not more money or another promotion.

Something deeper.

As I look back now, I realize God had been nudging me toward that "more" for years. He had already shown me where He wanted me to go. I just wasn't ready to fully trust the path.

I started a business and explored the calling. But when life became heavier and responsibilities grew, I put the business on pause and returned my focus to what felt secure. I told myself I would come back to it someday. Maybe when life settled down. Maybe when I retired. But the calling never left. And over time, God made it harder and harder to ignore.

Then in 2024, after years of wrestling between comfort and calling, I heard Him clearly say: "I need you all-in in 2025. No more one foot in. No more one foot out." No more waiting until retirement.

Leaving a successful corporate career wasn't an easy choice. It required faith. It required trust. And it required obedience before I could see the entire path ahead. But I had reached a point where I trusted God more than I trusted my own plans.

So on January 31, 2025, I resigned from corporate and stepped fully into the business He had been calling me to build.

Not because I had everything figured out. But because I trusted the One who did.

"I spent years achieving success by the world's standards, only to discover that worldly success without alignment still leaves you longing for more."

purpose fulfillment

Why This Work Matters

Too often, I see talented, purpose-driven founders working far harder than they need to because something is standing between the value they create and the people who need it most. When that happens, businesses struggle to grow. Founders become exhausted. And the impact they're capable of making never reaches as many people as it could.

And I don't believe we were created to live in a constant state of striving.

I believe God created each of us with unique gifts, talents, and experiences that are meant to be used in service of others.

When we steward our gifts well and operate in alignment with who He created us to be,

we create...

Wealth

Without burnout.

Opportunities

That improve lives.

Jobs

Anchored in purpose.

Environments

Where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to do meaningful work.

The goal isn't just helping founders succeed.

The goal is helping founders create workplaces, opportunities, and cultures that allow other people to thrive too.

That's the work I'm committed to.

CORE CONVICTIONS

A Few Things I Believe

01

Alignment Creates Abundance

I believe people thrive when they operate in alignment with who God created them to be.

The closer we are to our gifts, values, strengths, and purpose, the more naturally impact, fulfillment, and opportunity tend to follow.

02

Faith Requires Action

I believe faith is more than belief. It requires trust, obedience, and a willingness to move before we can see the entire path.

03

Your Gifts Will Make Room for You

I believe every person has unique gifts, talents, and experiences that were given for a reason.

When we steward those gifts well and use them in service of others, doors open.

04

Happy People Help People

I believe people who are fulfilled in their lives treat others better, create healthier environments, and add more value to the world.

05

Determination Changes Outcomes

I believe we are capable of far more than we often realize.

Determination, creativity, and resourcefulness can overcome almost any obstacle.

06

Simplicity Over Complexity

I believe people have a tendency to overcomplicate things. Whether it's a business strategy, a message, a process, or a decision, the best solutions are often simpler than we think.

When we remove unnecessary complexity, things become easier to understand, easier to execute, and more effective.
